全國(guó)消防月｜清瀾山學(xué)校上演消防安全大撤離

為了落實(shí)市政府、教育局的文件精神，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生逃生自救的技能，保障學(xué)生的生命安全，確保災(zāi)難來臨時(shí)把損失降到最低限度，進(jìn)一步落實(shí)“消防安全進(jìn)校園”計(jì)劃，我校資源管理中心以上級(jí)主管部門指示為基礎(chǔ)，結(jié)合學(xué)校實(shí)際情況，聯(lián)合全校各單位在11月19日這一天開展了一場(chǎng)“真槍實(shí)彈”的消防疏散演練。這次演練的目的主要是增強(qiáng)清瀾山學(xué)校全體師生及各協(xié)作單位工作人員消防安全意識(shí)、完善學(xué)校師生應(yīng)急避難技能、推動(dòng)消防安全常識(shí)的普及。

為了確保每一個(gè)班級(jí)的老師和學(xué)生能夠安全有序的從教室內(nèi)撤離，我校資源管理中心特意為每一個(gè)班級(jí)都制作了消防安全疏散指示圖。

In order to ensure that teachers and students in each class can be evacuated from the classroom in a safe and orderly manner, our school's resource management center has specially made fire safety evacuation instructions for each class.

此外，為了方便疏散后的人數(shù)清點(diǎn)，此次消防演習(xí)第一次使用了紅卡和綠卡。

Besides in order to facilitate the counting of the number of people after the evacuation, the red card and green card were used for the first time in this fire drill.

當(dāng)各個(gè)班級(jí)到達(dá)操場(chǎng)并確認(rèn)人數(shù)無誤后，就會(huì)舉起手中的綠卡，這樣不僅讓各個(gè)班級(jí)的人數(shù)情況變得一目了然，也極大地加快了統(tǒng)計(jì)人員的工作效率，畢竟在真正的火災(zāi)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)，時(shí)間就是生命！

“真槍實(shí)彈”上演火災(zāi)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)

為了增加全校師生的重視程度，更好的宣傳消防逃生知識(shí)，我校在此次演習(xí)中首次使用了煙霧彈用以模擬火災(zāi)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)產(chǎn)生的濃煙，這樣也能更好的加強(qiáng)師生撤離時(shí)的緊迫感。

In order to increase the attention of teachers and students of the whole school and better publicize the knowledge of fire escape, our school used smoke bombs for the first time in this to simulate the dense smoke generated at the fire scene, which can also better strengthen the urgency of evacuation for teachers and students.

另外為了確保此次活動(dòng)的真實(shí)性和安全性，我校同時(shí)也要求了校醫(yī)部門和身著專業(yè)消防服的安保人員及時(shí)就位。

In addition, in order to ensure the authenticity and safety of this event, our school also requires school doctors and security personnel wearing professional fire protection uniforms to be in place in time.

以及各個(gè)合作單位和相關(guān)部門的及時(shí)有序撤離，深入貫徹落實(shí)了“一個(gè)也不能少”的方針原則。

總結(jié)

此次活動(dòng)于11月19日上午9點(diǎn)55分下課后正式開始，隨著全校的消防鈴聲大作，全校師生及各單位人員撤離到了室外操場(chǎng)，撤離過程安全有序快速，41個(gè)行政班級(jí)、全體教職工及各單位無一人缺席和受傷。這次演習(xí)活動(dòng)不僅再次完善了我校應(yīng)付突發(fā)事件的防范措施，而且也提高了我校實(shí)際應(yīng)對(duì)和處置實(shí)發(fā)安全事件的能力，更進(jìn)一步增強(qiáng)了師生的安全意識(shí)，讓大家真正掌握了在危險(xiǎn)中迅速逃生、自救、互救的基本方法，提高抵御和應(yīng)對(duì)緊急突發(fā)事件的能力，整個(gè)演練活動(dòng)達(dá)到了預(yù)期目標(biāo)。

The activity officially began after class at 9:55 am on November 19th. As the school’s fire bell rang, all school personnel were evacuated to the outdoor playground at the same time. The evacuation process was safe, orderly and fast, with students and teachers in 41 classes. No one was absent or injured in any unit. This exercise not only improved our school’s preventive measures to deal with emergencies, but also improved our school’s ability to actually respond to and deal with safety incidents, and further enhanced everyone’s safety awareness. Let everyone truly master the basic methods of escaping, self-help, and mutual rescue in danger, and improve their ability to resist and respond to emergencies. The entire exercise has achieved the expected goal.
